Pest Control is a complex subject, which has made great strides in recent years from the activities of the novice to the need for professionalism with a technical and scientific approach. Two demands have accelerated this change. Firstly that of a modern society for clean wholesome food and pest free surroundings and as importantly, that pest control should in no way put man and his environment at risk through the methods which are used.
People tend to associate pests with dirty conditions, but this really over-simplifies the matter. Structural pests, such as rats, mice, cockroaches, fleas, dust mites and silverfish will thrive and multiply in even the cleanest conditions if they are given the opportunity to do so. To deny them that opportunity is to practice what is called Preventive Pest Control.
PestGo is family owned since October 2004 and was started by Hennie Cilliers, formerly a General Manager with 15 years experience with the world’s largest pest control company. After six years in partnership, running a successful small Pest Control Company, PestGo was established. PestGo is owned and managed by Lynne Pietersen. Our management and working experience in the Pest Control industry exceeds 35 years.
