We’ve answered some of the most common questions our clients ask to help you better understand what to expect when working with PestGo.

What pest control services do you offer?

We offer a full range of pest control services, including treatment and prevention of cockroaches, ants, rodents, flies, fleas, bedbugs, and other structural pests. We use sub contractors for Bees, termites and bird proofing. Services are available for residential, commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

How often should pest control be done?

For most business environments, we recommend a monthly or quarterly service to maintain effective pest management. However, the frequency may vary depending on your type of premises, level of infestation, and surrounding conditions.

Are your treatments safe for children and pets?

Yes. All products we use are registered and approved by the Department of Agriculture. When mixed and applied correctly, they are safe for humans and pets. We take extra care to apply treatments in a way that minimizes exposure.

Do I need to leave my home or business during treatment?

In most cases, you do not need to leave. Our technicians will advise if temporary vacating is required for specific treatments (e.g., fogging).

How long does a pest control treatment take?

A standard service takes between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the area and the type of pest problem being treated.

How soon will the pests be gone after treatment?

Results vary depending on the pest and the level of infestation. You may see increased pest activity for a few days as they are flushed out, followed by a noticeable decline. Full results can typically be seen within 7 to 14 days.

What should I do to prepare for a pest control visit?

Store away exposed food, dishes, and utensils.
Move furniture away from walls if possible.
Ensure pets and their food bowls are out of treatment areas.
Our team will provide any specific preparation instructions beforehand.

Do you provide service reports and certificates?

Yes. After every treatment, you’ll receive a detailed service report, including products used, treatment areas, and technician notes. Certificates of treatment and compliance can be issued upon request.

Do you offer once-off treatments or service contracts?

We offer both once-off services for immediate pest problems and service agreements for ongoing protection. Regular clients receive scheduled visits and priority response.

What if the pests come back after treatment?

If pests return within the guarantee period, we will return and re-treat the affected area at no extra cost, according to the terms of your service agreement.
